Your workspace holds up to 250 files across all your chats. When you go past that, Stella automatically deletes your oldest files to make room — so a freshly generated document is never lost to a full workspace. Documents you uploaded are kept; agent-generated files are cleared first.

You can hold up to 50 study decks at a time. Unlike your workspace files, nothing is cleared for you here — when you're full, Stella asks you to delete a deck before making a new one, and tells you before you fill in the generator. Deleting a deck frees its slot straight away, but it's permanent: the cards and their review history go with it.
How this works
We value your time, and we know life gets busy sometimes — exams happen. Unlike other subscriptions, we don't hard-cap you behind 5-hourly or weekly limits.
Your plan splits into two simple parts: Weekly Usage is your normal week-to-week allowance, refilling fresh every week. Once it's full, you're not cut off — you automatically draw from your Flex Reserve, a bonus pool that's yours to use however you like across your whole 30-day period, exam-week bursts included, at no penalty and no extra cost.
The only limit that matters is your total plan for the period — everything else is just how it's paced, never a wall.

How streaks work
A streak day is any UTC day where you sent at least one message and Stella replied. One day, one tick — chatting all afternoon counts the same as a single focused exchange.
Skip a full day → streak resets to 1.
Multiple messages in the same day → still one day's credit.
Flashcard reviews alone don't tick the streak yet — a chat exchange is required.
Rewards
Milestones land at day 7, 14, 21 and 28 of a streak.
The real reward. Hit any 3 of the 4 milestones within a calendar month — two separate streaks in the same month still count — and your next plan gets +10% usage, applied automatically when you buy. It's extra usage, not a discount, so your allowance simply goes further.
Earn it on a monthly plan → redeem on your next monthly. Earn it on annual → use it on annual or monthly. Max 4 milestones tracked per month; the counter resets on the 1st.
